What records are returned?

Active assignment records where:

  1. User has rights to the Assignment (Authorizations without assignments are not evaluated. If the Authorization has an assignment - any state, even if has been created as part of the Authorization (e.g. Cost Estimate or Assignment Package) - it will display if the Assignment does have any dates on it).

  2. First non-blank Start Date must be "today" (see table below) or in 180 days in the future.

This table below illustrates the sequence of date evaluation. If a value is not present, the next date will be evaluated. If no values are present for all dates, or the first non-blank date is not within 180 days the record will not be included in the count.

Things to note

  • A Start Date is identified as editable when the user hovers anywhere on the row of that Start Date and link appears.

  • The user must have the ability to edit the field per DDMO settings.

  • Note that a record could be included if one of its Authorization dates is not blank, but it also has an assignment. Authorization dates are not editable through the widget at this time.
