Overview

A notification on the Mobile Employee Experience (MEE) portal can be posted for the Employee associated with the target assignment. Note that this does not apply to the legacy employee portal.

Below is an example of a portal notification after clicking on the Notification Bell icon in the top right-hand corner of the MEE.

To configure the alert, select the Portal Notification tab on the Quick Workflow Details screen. Enter the content for the notification that you want to appear for the employee in the Notifications section and click

Notifications can also be configured to redirect a MEE user to a page within the MEE when the notification is clicked. To do this, click on the Redirect To drop down list and select a page for the user to be redirected to. Available pages are:

  • Contacts

  • Documents - Assignment

  • Earnings Statements

  • Employee Experience - Add Budgets

  • Employee Experience - Benefit Elections

  • Employee Experience - Benefits and Services

  • Employee Experience - Quick Links

  • Employee Experience Home

  • Employee Experience Profile

  • Employee Experience Profile - Addresses

  • Employee Experience Profile - Bank Accounts

  • Employee Experience Profile - Emergency Contacts

  • Employee Experience Profile - Spouse/Dom Partner

  • Expense Reports

  • Host Country Data - Assignment

  • Requests

  • Settings

  • What's Happening Timeline

Notes about creating the portal notification content:

  • Use <br /> to insert a line break.

  • Include other merge fields by clicking the Merge Data Fields Documentation link and copying the appropriate Merge Document Data Field(s) from the list.

  • When using fields from a User Report, create the merge code by prefacing the field’s Column Caption with EQ_ and typing the Column Caption exactly how it displays in the User Report. For example, if the Column Caption is “Create Date”, the merge code would be “&EQ_Create Date”. If the Column Caption is “DESCRIPTION’, the merge code would be “EQ_DESCRIPTION”.
