Destination Details, which includes the Host Location, Start and End Dates, and more can be added into the Case Record of a Business Traveler either through the Mobility Manager widget, or through editing the Case Record internally.
Adding Destination Details Through the Mobility Manager Widget
Destination Details for the Business Traveler can be added through the Mobility Manager widget when creating or editing the Case Record.
The Add Destination Details option will appear under the Trip Specific section.
The Destination Details Modal will then be prompted to the user. In here, the host destination-related fields such as the Country, State/Province, and City fields will be available to populate. Start and End Date fields will also be available, as well as additional fields to capture more information about the Case Record.
For Mobility Types such as Business Travel, International Remote Work, and Domestic Remote Work, custom details can be added via Custom Fields (System and Company Levels) configured in this form. These custom fields are can only be added in the Destination Details table.
Note, that not all custom field configurations such as Default Value, and Span Row, can be applied in this form, and Row/Column numbers are not always observed. Check this article for more information on Creating or exposing a new custom field
Additionally, the Company-level custom fields will only appear to users who are in the company for which the field is configured.
For Business Travel mobility type, a business trip assessment can be used. An additional section will be available to define the activity destination details. These details will support the risk assessment.

Adding Destination Details Through the Internal Case Record

Click on
in the header row of the Destination Details section.
The Relocation Screen Destinations Popup screen will then be prompted to the user to enter the new Destination Details of the Case Record.
All custom field configurations such as Section Name, Default Value, and Span Row are honored and can be observed on the Internal screen.
For the Business Travel mobility type, an additional section will be available to define the details of the activity destination, supporting the risk assessment.
