Employees can now give delegates access to their Mobile Employee Experience (MEE) allowing delegates to complete the same tasks as employees with the some exceptions. This feature is controlled on the Delegate Access tab on the Employee Experience Configuration screen.

  • Delegate Creation Blocked: This is the switch for the employee delegate feature. When this check box is unchecked, employees can create new delegates in the MEE. When checked, employees cannot add new delegates. Existing delegates are unaffected and can continue to access the MEE.

  • Consent Form Active: This is switch for the consent form. If this check box is checked, a Consent Form Agreement text box appears allowing text to be displayed each time a new delegate is added.
