The information that is displayed to users of the Mobile Employee Experience (MEE) as part of each Benefit and Service Card is configured on the Portal Services tab on the Assignment Policy screen.
To access the Assignment Policy screen, navigate to the Assignment Policies screen at the Company level. To edit or view an assignment policy, click on the pencil icon beside the assignment policy name.
Click on the Portal Services tab. The Portal Services tab lists all available screen groups for a single policy and displays the "Available" and "In Policy" Screen Groups section. This screen administrators to specify an overview or summary for each service within a policy. When Policy Services Summary is populated with text, this will be displayed in the MEE as part of each Benefit and Service card.
To add a summary information pertinent to an employee. Click the box titled “Click here to add a summary for [service name].” To update existing summary information for a service, click on the "Click to Edit" link.
When adding summary information, the Portal Service Summary box expands into a text box and displays a formatting toolbar. Enter the summary information and format as needed and click
to save the changes.
Repeat the process for each screen group that needs to have policy information entered or updated.
