The contacts that display on the Contacts screen as well as on the Benefits & Services Details cards are configured in two places:
Configuration of which Assignment- and Company-level contacts display on the MEE may be done on the Assignment Contacts section of the Contact tab on Portal Configuration screen
Configuration of which contacts display for each service may be done on the Portal Services Configuration screen for each service. For details about this, please see the “Service Configuration – [Service Name]” section of this manual.
Assignment Contacts
This section allows administrators to choose the contacts that are approved to show on the Contacts screen in the portal.
Assignment Contacts - Lists the standard assignment contacts (from the Relocation/Assignment Details screen) that can be configured to display on the Contacts screen in the portal.
Display On Portal – Check this check box to allow the contact to show on the portal.

Assignment Contacts Type Exceptions
This section allows administrators to govern which contacts entered in the Assignment Contacts section on the Relocation/Assignment Details screen show on the Contacts screen in the portal.
Show All Assignment Contacts – When this check box is checked, all of the Assignment Contact Types will be displayed on the MEE except those listed in the Assignment Contacts Types Exceptions grid. If not checked, no Assignment Contact Types will show on the portal except those listed in the Assignment Contacts Types Exception grid.
Assignment Contact Type Exceptions – Lists the assignment contacts (from the Assignment Contact Details screen Type choice list) that can be configured to display on the Contacts screen.
– Allows the user to add an Assignment Contact to the Exception list.
Delete - Removes the Assignment Contact from the Exception list.

Company Contact Type Exceptions
This section allows administrators to govern which contacts entered in the Company Contacts section on the Company Details screen to show on the Contacts screen in the portal.
Show All Company Contacts – When this check box is checked, all of the Company Contact Types will be displayed on the portal except those listed in the Company Contacts Types Exceptions grid. If not checked, no Company Contact Types will show on the portal except those listed in the Company Contacts Types Exception grid.
Company Contact Type Exceptions – Lists the company contacts (from the Company Contact Details screen Type field) that can be configured to display on the Contacts screen.
– Allows the user to add a Company Contact to the Exception list.
Delete - Removes the Company Contact from the Exception list.
