In order to for users to view the responses submitted by employees using the Mobile Employee Experience (MEE), users must be associated with a role that gives them appropriate security access rights to the Pulse Checks and Feedback screen. They require at least the View Rights in order to view submitted feedback/responses.

Things to Note

  • Changing a Pulse Check template configuration, including deleting it or marking it inactive, does not affect pending, submitted, or expired Pulse Checks.

  • The results of pulse checks and employee feedback responses are reportable and the results can be displayed using widgets. Use the “Employee Feedback Question” table to report on submitted feedback and “Pulse Check Question” table to report on Pulse Check responses. The question text should be used to aggregate specific questions across many Pulse Checks. The response text can be in multiple fields depending on the question type.
