A delegate can be locked out of the system when they unsuccessfully log in a specific number of times set by the password rules setting. When a delegate is locked out, an email is sent to their email address notifying them to contact their assigned Employee to have their account unlocked.

In the Mobile Employee Experience (MEE), a delegate who is locked out will have a red Locked badge on their delegate card. First click on the unlock link that appears in the locked delegate's card.

When the delegate is unlocked, a 'Delegate successfully unlocked' message appears in the bottom right hand corner of the screen confirming the action and the delegate's card reverts to the unlock status.
