How to Add, View, or Edit Spouse/Partner Details in the Mobile Employee Experience

To add the employee's spouse or domestic partner details in the Mobile Employee Experience (MEE), click on Family in the navigation menu, followed by + Add Spouse/Partner.

Note - If the MEE user has multiple active assignments which is shown towards the top of their navigation menu, they must first select the assignment to select the assignment to view/edit address for that assignment.

Add Spouse or Partner Option

The Spouse/Partner screen contains the following sections for input:

Spouse or Partner Screen

Basic Information

  • First Name (required) – Spouse/domestic partner’s first name.

  • Middle Name – Spouse/domestic partner’s middle name.

  • Last Name (required) - Spouse/domestic partner’s last name.

  • Title – The name that describes the spouse/domestic partner’s position, job, or marital status. Examples: Dr., Mrs., Mr. Prof.

  • Preferred Name – The name the spouse/domestic partner wishes to be known as.

  • Suffix – The name that describes the spouse/domestic partner’s generational position. Examples: Jr., II, Sr.

  • Former Name – Spouse/domestic partner’s previous name, if available.

  • Relationship to Employee (required) – Identifies how the spouse/domestic partner is related to employee.

  • Gender – Spouse/domestic partner’s gender.

  • Marriage/Union Date – The date of marriage or civil union to spouse/domestic partner.

  • Birth date – Spouse/domestic partner’s date of birth.

  • Status – Identifies whether the spouse/domestic partner is on assignment with the employee.

  • Country of Birth – Spouse/domestic partner’s birth country as displayed on the birth certificate.

  • State/Province of Birth – Spouse/domestic partner’s birth state or province as displayed on the birth certificate.

  • City of Birth – Spouse/domestic partner’s birth city as displayed on the birth certificate.

  • National ID Number – Spouse/domestic partner’s identification number for a specific country.

  • Primary Citizenship – Country where spouse/domestic partner is a citizen.

  • Secondary Citizenship - Country where spouse/domestic partner is a citizen (if multiple country citizenships).

Passports

  • Add Passport – Allows entry of one or many country passports.

Documents

  • Add Document - Allows one or multiple documents to be uploaded only after the spouse record is saved.

It is possible that some of the fields listed above will not show on the screen and that some additional fields may show on the screen. This depends on the configuration of the fields on the screen.

Any information that is configured to be encrypted will show as (Encrypted) on this and any other profile screens.

If MEE Users only have <Read Only> access, no fields can be edited and users must click on an item from the navigation menu to exit the screen. Access to the page is configured in the Advanced Settings section on the Employee Experience tab on the Portal Configuration screen.

Internal Spouse/Domestic Partner Details Screen

The Employee's Spouse/Domestic Partner's details are located at an assignment level and are found on the Spouse/Domestic Partner screen.

If there are no spouse details available in the system, the record will appear with no values populated in any of the fields. An internal user can edit the record by clicking on "Edit Spouse/Domestic Partner" link. Any changes made from this screen will be reflected in the MEE.
