Summary widgets can be created to highlight pertinent information. They can be used to return a count or text based on the results of a user report. The widget will only return the first value in the first row of a report.
Examples of Summary Widgets
Widget Options for Summary Widget Type
Title
If a title is added, it will display across the top of the widget. If no title is entered, nothing will appear.
User Report
A user report can be selected to control the number value or text displayed in the widget title. The first value returned by the user report is what will be used in the widget.
Footer Type
A footer type must be selected to run a user report or navigate the user to an Assignment Pro screen or a custom URL.
<Page>: Will display as Go in the footer and will navigate the user to selected screen
<User Report>: Will display as View Details in the footer and will run specified User Report
<Custom URL>: Will display as Go in the footer and will navigate the user to specified screen. This may be a Equus Platform page or an external screen.
Title Font Size
Select the font size that the title of the widget will appear in. This allows for more customization and room the widgets take up on a page.
Icon
The icon will appear in the top left corner of the widget. * No Icon * can be selected if you do not want an icon on the widget.
