Hierarchical Lookup fields can be configured at the System and company levels.

In order for the Hierarchical Lookup Maintenance screen to be visible, the role associated with the user must have access to one or both of the following pages:

Company Hierarchical Lookup Maintenance
The Hierarchical Lookup Maintenance screen is located under the “Configuration” tab. The Company Hierarchical Lookup Maintenance screen is located under the Company Configuration menu item. You can navigate quickly to either screens through the Global Search.
Hierarchical Lookup Maintenance
The Hierarchical Lookup Maintenance screen displays all hierarchical groups that have been created at the system level. The Company Hierarchical Lookup Maintenance screen shows all hierarchical groups that have been created for a specific company. The following fields are shown on the hierarchical group grid:
Group Name: The identifying name that displays in the hierarchical fields.
Parent Hierarchical Lookup Group: The group for which the record is a child.
Inactive: Indicates whether or not the group is active.
