Assignment packages are a powerful feature of the Equus Platform that allows cost estimates, compensation calculations, and reports to be created with only a few clicks. They are created from predefined templates which can be changed and altered by super users or system administrators.

Note - Assignment Packages can be run via a batch process at the company level.

To create an assignment package, navigate to the Assignment Packages option found in the Mobility Management left menu topic. Fill the required information and click

Based on your company’s configuration you may be requested to enter some calculation inputs. Creation of the assignment package may take a few minutes. You can see that the package creation is running by the progress bar.

Note - You do not need to stay on this screen and may continue to work in other parts of the platform whilst the package is being created.

When the build has been completed, you will see in the Package Contents list the documents and links to calculations or reports that were generated as part of the package; these items can be viewed by clicking on the hyperlinks.

If you need to change a Compensation Calculation or Cost Estimate that is part of a package, click

to refresh all other elements of the package to take account of these changes.

Once you have reviewed all of the package contents and details, navigate to the Package Delivery section at the bottom of the page. Select the appropriate ‘Delivery Option’ and click

to issue the assignment package to the employee.
