This widget will display the number of Business Travelers (Assignments) that I as the current user am assigned as the Relocation Coordinator, Accounting Coordinator, Additional Resource 1, or Additional Resource 2. The records must be created within the current year and the counts are displayed for the Year to Date, Quarter, and Month. Only active business traveler records are included in the count.
Clicking the View Details link will generate a report in HTML that shows all Business Travelers grouped by Relocation Coordinator, giving detailed information including the record ID and Create Date, the Employee Name, From Country, Project, earliest Destination Start Date, latest Destination End Date, Travel Phase, and record Status. The report includes all records created in the current year, with a Relocation Coordinator. Cancelled business travelers are not included in the detail report.
