This widget will display a list of employee and dependent Passport, Visa and Certificate of Coverage documents which are scheduled to expire within the upcoming six months where the current user is the Assignment Coordinator and also has security rights to the assignment. Assignments that are Inactive, Cancelled, or Complete are excluded.

The list is displayed in table-format with the Employee Name, Document Type, and Document Status. When the Document Status is “LESS THAN 90 DAYS” it will be displayed in red. When a Document Status is “EXPIRED” it will be displayed in bold red text. The widget evaluates Document Status differently for different document types.

  • Passports evaluate the Expiration Date.

  • Visa and Work Permits evaluate the Expiration Date unless an extension visa or permit exists.

  • Certificates of Coverage documents evaluate the Extension End Date if it is populated or the Coverage End Date.

Clicking the Document Type link will navigate to the appropriate screen where the detailed document information can be viewed. The list is displayed in descending order of document expiration. The information can be re-sorted by clicking on the column headings.
