A quick workflow or a widget can be configured to make it easier to view the details of the authorization once an employee completed a self-initiated move form (authorization template).
Once the self-move request has been submitted, the requests behaves like an authorization and can be found on the Authorization Search screen. To view the authorization details, click on the pencil icon besides the authorization
The Employee Self-Start tab will be the first tab that appears in the Authorization Wizard screen with a notification at the top of the screen: " This information was entered by the requester. Any modifications will be visible on the Mobile Employee Experience. "
This tab displays all the configured fields on the Employee Completed Fields tab in the Authorization Template screen. When the form is first received from the Employee the Authorization Status shows: All Required Approvals Received. Click
if any changes are made to the screen otherwise click on
Note when going through the tabs on the authorization wizard, any fields on the Employee tab that are on the supported Authorization tables will auto-populate in the relevant screens.
Proceed through the authorization as usual. Whilst proceeding through the authorization progress, the move request status on the MEE will update. Here is a mapping of the internal authorization statuses and what appears in the MEE.

When changing the Authorization Templates, only authorization templates that are not employee self moves where <Employee Self-Start> is the first step control on the General tab will appear in the drop down list.
If the Authorization Template is not configured to require approvers, the "Not Submitted" status is skipped to "All Required Approvals Received" for internal users and "Request Sent" does not appear in the MEE, instead "Approval in Progress" is shown once the form is submitted.
