In order to configure the fields to appear on the Mobile Experience for employees self-initiated moves, users such as an administrator must be associated with a role that gives them "View", "Add", "Edit", "Delete" and "Execute" access to the following two screens:

  • Authorization Company Configuration - EED Section

  • Authorization Company Configuration - MEE Entered

Security Rights for Employee Completed Tab

Note, the security rights for employee users to use the self-initiation feature is automatically granted and will is visible to employees if the employee self-initiation is configured correctly.

The Employee Completed Fields tab will appear when Employee Self-Start is selected as the first control step on the General tab and the user's security role has access to the Authorization Company Configuration - EED Section and Authorization Company Configuration - MEE Entered pages.

Things to note

  • The Employee Self-Start URL appears only if the Authorization Configuration Template includes the Employee Self-Start control and if SSO auto-provisioning is configured for Employee Self-Initiated moves.
