Important: If a mobile app user has the push notifications for the MEE Mobile App inactivated on the device setting, any push notifications from the Equus Platform will not be received.

Equus Platform uses push notifications to alert mobile app users of:

  • updates relating to their move that are generated by Push Notification Quick Workflows. For example, a newly created e-signature document which requires the employee's signature

AND

  • if the messaging feature is activated, missed messages when user are not currently engaged with or are logged out of the Mobile Employee Experience.
