Employee Expense Budgeting - How to link expense report accounts to assignment policy

Budgets can  be used at an assignment level when the Expense Report Template is linked to the Assignment Policy.  This is done by selecting the Assignment Policy from the Relocation Policies screen.

Budgets can be used at an assignment level when the Expense Report Template is linked to the Assignment Policy. This is done by selecting the Assignment Policy from the Relocation Policies screen.

From the selected Relocation Policy screen, on the General tab, select the desired Expense Report Template from the drop down list and press

When this is done, accounts that are set to either 'Active' or 'Active with Budget' on the Accounts tab of the Expense Report Configuration Template screen will appear on the Expense Report Detail screen that is access through the Mobile Employee Experience.
