Election sets can be manually issued to an assignee from the assignment level ‘Election Sets’ page. To setup election sets to automatically send to employees when trigger events happen, see ‘Automatically Issuing Election Sets to Employees’ below. Select the desired Election Set Template to create an election to be issued to the employee and click

create

.

The assignment level election sets page shows all Election Sets in all statuses for the Assignment, including Election Sets that are still in queue to be created.

Tip: If you do not see the assignment level election set page, double check the above security role and policies and services configuration steps.

If you added election sets to a policy after it was authorized, you may have to manually authorize the service at the assignment level.

After an Election Set is created the Election Set details page displays all information that will be presented to the employee. At this point all data in the Election Set can be reviewed.

The

Publish to MEE

delivers the Election Set to the Mobile Employee Experience and immediately allows the employee to make Election choices.

A published Election Set can be removed from the MEE using the

Remove from MEE

.

The

Make Editable

enables in the user viewing the page to make selections for the employee. Any number of choices can be made for the employee before saving. The

Submit and Lock button

is available once all Elections have selected choices. The

Submit and Lock button

changes the status of the Election Set to Submitted and locks the set, preventing the employee from making any changes.

An Election Set that has been submitted can be unlocked and put back into In Progress
