In order to send and access documents for electronic signature, signature requesters must be associated with a role that gives them access to the "E-Signature Documents" part of the Document screen.
How to configure security role with the right access
The security role assigned to the signature requesters must have access to the following which are found on the Security Role Maintenance screen:
1. Screen Rights (Screen Name) - grant access by checking all the boxes for the following screen names:
<Documents> - If user is allowed to delete documents from this page, grant the <Delete> right.
<DocuSign Authentication>
<E-Signature Request Details>
<Merge E-Signature Document>
2. Security Sections Rights (Section Name) - grant access by checking all the boxes for the following screen names:
<Document - Add E-Signature Document>
<Documents - E-Signature Documents>
3. Click
