The Send/View button is no longer shown in the E-Signature status column. Is has been moved into the new information panel. Functionality is the same.
How to resend an e-signature request
If a signer inadvertently deletes or otherwise cannot locate his/her email notification, the notification can be resent to the signer.
1. Click

button on the E-Signature Request Details page in the Document Status section.
3. The signer will receive an email and the email is captured as a Note/Communication associated with the assignment, so senders can view an audit trail of what was sent to each signer.
How to cancel an e-signature request
In the unlikely event that the signature request is determined to be incorrect or obsolete before all of the signers have signed the document, Equus Platform provides the ability for senders to cancel the request.
A request can be cancelled only when the status is "Signature(s) Requested", or “X of Y Signatures”.
