On the Company Documents page, select the document(s) to edit using the checkboxes beside each document. Tick the checkbox to include as part of the number of documents to edit count. To exclude from the edit, untick the checkbox.
Click the "Edit (X)" link in the top part of the screen.
For most files, the Name and Description can be edited, and labels can be added and removed. Click on
to finalize changes.
If a User Role does not have the correct rights to edit a document, the following error message appears.
To resolve this, check the Screen Rights and click on Edit to enable to the User Role to have editing rights.
