From the Company Documents page, existing documents can be copied and created if the user has the appropriate "Copy" rights. These are Screen Section Rights sections on the Security Role Maintenance screen.
On the Company Documents page, click on the downward facing arrow and select <Copy Existing Document> from the drop down list.
Click on
in the Copy Document screen which will appear.
Tick the checkbox beside the document that is to be copied and click
. Multiple documents can be copied by ticking multiple checkboxes.
The copied document will appear in the same section of the copied document.
