How to associate documents to a policy

This tab allows you to upload documents to associate with this policy.  On the Policy Documents Tab click on the  to create a policy document.  This opens the Policy Documents screen.  Type – Select

This tab allows you to upload documents to associate with this policy. On the Policy Documents Tab click on the

to create a policy document. This opens the Policy Documents screen.

Type – Select a type from the dropdown list.

Homesale Proogram – Select the Homesale Program I it is relevant to this document.

Description – Allows you to specify a description for this document.

Effective Date – Allows you to specify an effective date for this document.

Company Viewable – This checkbox will control if this document is viewable in the Company Portal.

Employee Viewable - This checkbox will control if this document is viewable in the Employee Portal.

Attached Document – Click on the paper icon to browse to a file to upload.

When complete, click
