Users will see the assignment level Task and Notifications widget on all Assignments’ Checklists screens.
Similar to the system level widget, users can do the following action for the checklist item from the widget:
Manually mark it Complete or Not Applicable
Navigate to the associated page to complete the task
Add or modify the Due Date
See the description for the checklist item,
Perform task action (Unstart a task & view additional details) and,
Change the assigned resource.
By default, all checklist items are displayed according to Due Date, with the most overdue items at the top. Users are able to change the sort order of the Tasks within the section’s User Preferences.
User Preferences for the Tasks section include:
Sort by: Assignment, Date Completed, Due Date, Employee, Start Date, Status, or Title.
Order: Ascending or Descending
Due Within: Number of days in the future (all overdue items will always display)
Include Tasks with no Due Date
Display: Started Tasks, Unstarted Tasks, Completed Tasks, Checklist Name
