Full Name - Gender field is visible or hidden
The "Gender field is visible or hidden" System Preference can be used to control the visibility of the Gender Field on the Employee, Authorization (Employee Tab), and Spouse Information (Family Tab) screens.
This System Preference is only configurable in Power User mode and can be overridden at the Company level System Preference.
