On the Assignment Documents screen, select the document(s) to edit using the checkboxes beside each document. Tick the checkbox to include as part of the number of documents to edit count. To exclude from the edit, untick the checkbox.

to proceed with editing the selected documents.
For most files the Name, Description, Type can all be edited and labels can be added and removed. For documents that were uploaded to a screen other than the Assignment Documents or the Documents screen on the Mobile Employee Experience (MEE), the type cannot be edited and will appear grayed out. Also, Year-End Reports cannot have their type edited.
If a User Role does not have the correct rights to edit a document, an error message will appear. Check the Screen Section Rights and click on the Edit right to enable to the User Role to have editing rights.
