What updates are covered?
user First Name and user Last Name
user email
user External System Identifier
user User description
Through re-profiling, the following updates are covered using a different Template while respecting the same User Type as the user had prior to the update:
Restrict Coordinators to their Own Assignments
Has All Assignment Rights
Security Role Association
Default All Company Rights
Company Access Exceptions
Through deprovisioning the following change is made:
Set Expiration date on the user (Expiration should be set at System Date when receiving the deprovisioning update)
What is not covered or allowed?
Updates to Create as Resource field
No changes changes of user type
Things to Note
Users created with User Profile and Groupings will need to be updated via SCIM. The fields in the user maintenance will be locked and a warning message will appear: Modifications to this user are limited as this is an Externally Managed User
