The security role(s) that should have the ability to configure the API functionality must have access to the <API Subscription Manager> screen. On the Security Role Maintenance screen, grant all rights to the screen by checking all the boxes.
Users who have been granted access to this screen can navigate to the API Subscribers screen using the Configuration Search and clicking on API Subscription Manager.
