A booking can be created for any customer with an email, including:

  • An existing customer

  • A new customer

You can use this to request a payment, offer a free space, or book retrospectively.

You can create a booking to:

  • Add walk-ins after the session has happened

  • Create sessions outside your usual dates and times

  • Set up special arrangements in terms of pricing and age range

  • Offer a taster or one-to-one session

  • Create bookings for a private block of dates

  • Bill for missed payments

  • Add a learner to a fully booked session
