There are three potential ways to give access to your participants, depending on the content you're sharing:
Share your content through the academy by publishing your courses and exams to specific groups. Academy is an all-in-one virtual learning portal that you can fully brand with your company logo, fonts, and colors.
Copy and paste the URL to an email, social media site, WhatsApp, or another channel. You can also create a QR code with the content URL!
Invite people to take your content by emailing a unique link and password.
1. Share your content through the academy
If you have the academy, your participants can access all their exams and courses with a single academy invitation. This option works similarly to invite-only. Once added, participants will receive an email that contains an invitation to set a password and log in.

2. Share the URL directly
Where to find the URL
The URL can be found in the Publish section for all content types.
You can copy and paste the URL to an email, social media site, WhatsApp, or any other channel of your choice.
3. Use our invite-only feature
With invite-only, you add a specific group of participants using their names and email addresses. Easy LMS generates a password that is sent via email. Participants can then log in using the password and their email address.
