What happens to my data if I upgrade or downgrade my account?

Your data is safe

All the data in your account will be safely stored in your account for as long as you have a paid plan.

And even when your trial or plan expires, and your account gets downgraded to the free Tiny Owl plan, we store your data for two years.

If you cancel your plan, change your credit card information, or upgrade to a higher plan, nothing will happen to your learning content, participant data, or session results.

Your access to features will change

Upgrading or downgrading your account level affects the availability of your learning content for your participants, your access to data, and the features you have. You might not have access to some of your data after downgrading your account, but it'll still be there.

So don't panic, as soon as you upgrade your account again you'll have full access to your data! 🙃
