You may want to create different groups of participants for your academy portal for each customer, company, department, classroom, store, or whatever you prefer. Groups can also be a way to organize learning content about the same topic.
Groups
Create group
To create your first group, go to Academies > Manage > Create your first group. In the pop-up, you can enter a title for your group.
To create additional groups, go to Academies > Manage > View all groups > Create new group.
To edit existing group details, click on the pencil icon.
To access a specific group, click the group title.
Order your groups
You can set the order of your groups by editing the numbering on the Groups page. Simply click on a group number to update it. Press enter on your keyboard, or click away, to save your changes. The group order you set will be visible to your participants.
Alternatively, you can use the drag-and-drop option to change the order.
The drag-and-drop option only works for groups listed on the same page view. If you have groups over multiple pages, you need to edit the numbering to reorder.
When you go to Academies > Manage, the five newest groups are listed. You cannot edit this list.
Group page
Each group has its own page. To edit a specific group, click the group title. You will see options to edit the group and add a cover image.
Below, we’ll walk you through the features.
Learning content: you can assign and remove courses and exams to and from the group, and create a learning path for your participants.
Participants: you can add, remove, and manage the group participants. You can send group notifications to your participants here, too.
Exam results and course results: you can view the results of your exams and courses per group and export them if you want to.
Participant progress: an overview of which exams and courses each participant has completed on a group level. You can send reminder emails to your participants here as well. Group notifications are on the Participants tab.
Statistics: a visual overview of the progress of each exam in the group.
The progress report is only available with the Advanced plan.
