After this step, the complete machine bed will look like this:
Prerequisites
The machine bed's lower frame and upper part are both fully modeled.
Steps
1.) Copy an existing flat-steel profile. Select the existing flat-steel profile and Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V. Confirm the copy in the Component Link Box or Breadcrumb as Profile 12, then change its shape to Jack and set DX to 82 (130 mm), DY to a fixed 0 mm, DZ to 130 (90 mm), and S/T both to a fixed 0 mm.
2.) Rotate Profile 12 back to 90° (Rotate Z). Set the angle to 90 and confirm, then click Rotate Z.
3.) Position Profile 12. Set X0 to GFR_DX2 - 60 (227.5 mm), Y0 to -GFR_BEAM1_DY (-187 mm), and Z0 to 0.5*PDX (41 mm).
4.) Recolor Profile 12. Select the profile, click All available Surfaces in the properties window, and choose Color RID 25000 from Common Components in the color picker.
5.) Repeat for the remaining three fixing-element profiles (13–15). Same shape, size, and color as Profile 12; only the position changes:
Profile 13 — X0
GFR_DX2 - 60(227.5 mm), Y0GFR_BEAM2_DY(187 mm), Z00.5*PDX(41 mm).Profile 14 — X0
-GFR_DX1 + 60(-567.5 mm), Y0GFR_BEAM2_DY(187 mm), Z00.5*PDX(41 mm).Profile 15 — X0
-GFR_DX1 + 60(-567.5 mm), Y0-GFR_BEAM1_DY(-187 mm), Z00.5*PDX(41 mm).
"Update a Product in the Database" to save the completed geometry.
Result
All four lower fixing elements are modeled, colored, and positioned, completing the machine bed's simplified 3D geometry.
