Prerequisites
A practice elevator project exists.
Note: The cabin design must be activated to complete the necessary steps for Product Loading.
Steps
1.) Notice that car design starts inactive. When a new elevator project is created in DigiPara Liftdesigner, car design and its components appear inactive by default.
2.) Activate and select a car design. Activate car design and select a similar existing cabin design to start from.
3.) Review the ceiling and its related components. The ceiling group includes panels, lights, and a trap door.
4.) Review the walls. The wall group covers front, rear, left, and right walls. Bumper rails and kick plates can be deactivated if not needed.
5.) Review the car operating panels and the floor. Car operating panels (COP 1–4) and the floor (with its panels) are configured the same way.
6.) Review the resulting cabin approval drawing layout. Confirm the result layout matches the CabinApprovalDrawing sheet template you selected in the Shaft Wizard step.
Result
Car design is active in the project, based on a similar existing cabin design, ready for its components to be reviewed.
You understand which cabin components (ceiling, walls, COPs, floor) you'll be building in the rest of this tutorial, and how they appear in the approval drawing.
