Octimine offers three formats in which you can export your search results. These are excel, CSV and PDF.
Once your search is done and you want to export all results just click on the format you wish your export to be in.
If you want to export only chosen/specific patents from your results list, mark the patents you wish to export with a tick in the left box on the left side of the patent. Once you have chosen all patents you wish to export, click in the format you want your export to be in.
In both cases your browser will ask you if you want to save this file. Click on save and your export is done.
To save your search in octimine you can:
Save the whole search results by clicking on the search icon at the top of the results list.
To complete saving, enter your selected list name and create the list. The saved results will be saved under the name of this list.
If you only want to save certain patents of your results list you can mark them by clicking the box in the left side of the patent. Once your selection is complete, click the save symbol again.
Once your search is saved, you can access it at any time in the main menu on the top left side under History & Save.
