Overview
This article explains how to view and edit your organization’s company profile in Hyver. You can update key business details, upload a logo, configure your company’s default currency, and enforce authentication policies.
You’ll need administrator access to make changes in the Company Profile section.
Steps
Open Company Profile
Click the Settings icon in the top navigation bar, then select Company Profile:
Click Edit
On the profile page, click Edit to begin making changes.Update company information
Fill in your company’s profile details:Name
Sector
Description
Technical contact details
Upload a logo
You can upload your company logo to personalize your profile:
Set your currency
Hyver uses USD as the base currency.
To display values in a different currency, select one from the Currency dropdown:
Choose whether to use the default exchange rate from the web or define your own:
Even when using the web-based rate, the exchange rate is not updated automatically — this ensures consistency across your dashboards.
All values in Hyver remain anchored to USD and are converted for display using your defined rate.
Click Save
Your changes will be applied after you save.
Enforce two-factor authentication (2FA)
To enforce 2FA for all users, click Enable, enter your password, and click Verify.
To disable enforced 2FA, click Disable.
Set login authentication methods
You can choose one or more supported login methods for company users. These settings apply across the organization and impact how users log into the platform:
Important notes
Only admins can change company profile settings.
Exchange rate settings don’t auto-update, even when using the web rate — this prevents unintentional shifts in data views.
Historical data remains calculated in USD and is adjusted visually based on the current exchange rate.
