Commitment to accessibility

We are committed to ensuring this service is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. Our goal is to provide an inclusive digital experience that meets the requirements defined by the European accessibility act


Compliance status

Android and iOS versions of the application are partially compliants with the applicable accessibility guidelines due to certain non-conformities identified during an external accessibility audit.

The audit concluded with an overall compliance rate of 68% for both the Android and iOS versions, based on the EN 301 549 standard (Level AA).

Accessibility Strengths

Both versions demonstrate consistent accessibility efforts, with the following key points:

On Android and iOS:

  • Information provided for understanding and using the content does not rely solely on sensory characteristics.

  • Headings are well structured, clear, and concise, describing the topic or purpose of each section.

  • Options to cancel or undo pointer actions are available where applicable.

On iOS:

  • All non-text content presented to users has a text equivalent that serves an equivalent purpose.

On Android:

  • Text and interface components meet sufficient contrast ratio requirements against their backgrounds.

Accessibility Issues Identified

Certain accessibility issues remain to be addressed. These include:

On Android and iOS:

  • Some component labels and roles are not properly conveyed to screen readers.

  • Screen orientation limited to portrait mode.

  • Incorrect associations between labels and input elements (radio buttons, checkboxes, dropdown menus).

  • Inconsistent reading order on some screens.

  • Mandatory fields not always identified as such.

  • Some interface components are not accessible to screen readers.

On iOS:

  • Text enlargement is not fully functional.

  • Insufficient contrast on certain screens.

Testing Methodology

Testing was performed on Android and iOS using the TalkBack and VoiceOver screen readers.

Update of This Statement

This statement was prepared on November 6, 2024, based on the results of an accessibility audit carried out by Ipedis.


It will be reviewed and updated as improvements are implemented to enhance accessibility across all versions of the application.
