My Navigo or Imagine R pass is rejected - what should I do?

If your Navigo or Imagine R pass is not recognized in the app, several checks are required.

  • Check your Île-de-France Mobilités Connect account

  • It must be a personal account (not a family account)

  • It must contain only one Navigo or Imagine R pass

  • No old pass (even expired or cancelled) should still be registered

  • Check that your information matches

  • The details on your Île-de-France Mobilités Connect account must exactly match those on your Covoit IDFM account:

    • Last name

    • First name

    • Date of birth

    • Check your pass

    • An active contract must be linked to your card

Note: your pass can be paid for by someone else, this does not prevent validation.

If you use multiple accounts or a shared account:

In this case, your Navigo or Imagine R pass may be rejected. We recommend that you:

  • Create a personal Île-de-France Mobilités Connect account (with your own email address)

  • Link your pass to this account only
