What is Return Assistance?

In some areas, a Return Assistance service may be offered: if your scheduled carpool is cancelled, a taxi will take you back.

Conditions to benefit from it

Return Assistance can be activated if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your company or local area offers this service. You can check this in: Account > My Company or Account > My Territories.

  • You completed the outbound carpool trip.

  • The cancelled return trip is scheduled for the same day.

  • The cancellation is made by the driver on the same day.

⚠️ Limit: 1 activation per user per month.
