If you have transferred your account to the Covoit IDFM app (or created a new account) but some carpoolers or planned trips are missing, it’s because certain members of your group haven’t joined the app yet. You can still contact your carpoolers directly to organize your trips, even if some of them haven’t migrated yet.
To recover all your carpoolers:
encourage your regular carpoolers to create their account or migrate,
plan this transition during a quiet moment (weekend or holidays) to make coordination easier.
Once all your carpoolers have joined the Covoit IDFM app, you will be able to recreate all your trips and continue carpooling without interruption.
