Not yet. Before you are eligible to sit the theory exam, your logbook needs to show a minimum of 4 hours of A2 CofC training flights, flown within the 90 days before you upload it.
Two things people are often caught out by:
The flights must have been flown for the purpose of A2 training. General flying, or survey and commercial jobs, cannot be counted — even if they are recent and well logged.
The 90 days runs back from the date you upload your logbook, not from the date you enrolled. Older training flights will not count.
If you already hold a GVC, or an RPC-L1, L2 or L3, the requirement is reduced to 2 hours. Those 2 hours still need to be training flights within the same 90-day window.
