How can I track the shipment of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you should have received an email from our customer services with a tracking link and number. You may have also received an email from DPD directly once your parcel has been picked up. If you can't find either of these notifications, please give us a call or drop us an email and we will send a new tracking link straight over. If your link doesn't work, this may be because your order is yet to be picked up by DPD, and thus the tracking isn't active yet.
