At COPTRZ, we are committed to delivering quality goods to our customers.

Upon the delivery or collection of your goods, it's essential that you inspect them right away. If you discover any damages or shortages, please notify us within three days of delivery, giving us detailed information about the issue.

We may need to carry out an inspection to confirm this. It's important to report any faults before you use the product. If the product is used before reporting the fault, it will not be considered as faulty and, as such, will not be eligible for refunds or returns.

Depending on the situation, we may repair, replace, or refund the goods or part of them.

For refunds where appropriate (whether full or partial), we will issue them within 30 calendar days from the day we agree that you are entitled to a refund. We cannot accept back drones that have been activated.
