When does the Cooling Off Period End?
For single instalment deliveries (whether single or multiple items), the cooling off period concludes 14 calendar days after the day you receive the goods.
For deliveries in separate instalments on different days, the cooling off period finishes 14 calendar days after the day you receive the final instalment of goods.
For orders involving regular delivery of goods over a set period, the cooling off period ends 14 calendar days after the day you receive the first delivery of goods.
How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel within this cooling off period, you must inform us of your decision.
