Note: The Speed to Lead agent is in closed alpha testing and available to a limited number of clients, so it may not appear in your account yet.
User role required: Owner/Manager (Job management) or Sales Owner/manager (Sales)
Region: UK only
Once the Speed to Lead agent is configured and activated, it starts calling leads and booking boiler surveys automatically. While the agent handles the calls, you can monitor its performance and review every call from the AI:den+ dashboard.
Managing your active agent
The agent's card on your AI:den+ dashboard is your hub for monitoring its status and performance.
Live status and metrics: The card shows a real-time status badge (such as No call or On call) so you know when the agent is speaking with a lead. It also shows 30-day metrics, including calls made, time saved, and bookings secured.
Edit: Reopen the configuration wizard to update any setting.
Disable agent: Pause all outbound calls without deleting the configuration. The agent moves to the Disabled tab and can be re-enabled at any time.
Reviewing call history
From the agent's card, click Call history to open a detailed log of every call the agent has handled.
Call list: The left panel lists calls, colour-coded by outcome (green for a booked survey or positive result, red for an unanswered call). Upcoming scheduled calls also appear here with their date and time.
Call details: Selecting a call shows a summary of the conversation, the reason for the call, the call type, and the final outcome.
Audio playback: Listen to the recording, download it, or open the transcript.
Opportunity context: The right panel shows the opportunity linked to the call (name, number, pipeline, proposal, and sales person) alongside the customer's contact details, so you can see the sales context behind each call.
Scheduled activities: When a call needs follow-up, the agent creates a scheduled activity that appears here and on the customer's timeline. A Human callback requested or Sensitive issue detected activity is assigned to the user(s) you set in the agent's Trigger settings. A later callback is assigned to AI:den, which calls the customer back at the agreed time.
Call outcomes reference
Every call is logged with an outcome you can see in the call history. Most outcomes are informational, and the agent retries or closes the rest out on its own. Two outcomes need a person to follow up, so the agent flags those by creating a scheduled activity.
Outcomes that need your team
Human callback requested: the customer asked to speak to a person. The agent creates a scheduled activity assigned to the user(s) set in the agent's Trigger settings.
Sensitive issue detected: the agent picks up on signs of bereavement, illness, or hardship. It responds with care, pauses the sales sequence, and creates a scheduled activity for your team.
Outcomes handled automatically
No action is needed for these. They're logged in the call history for reference:
Boiler survey scheduled: the survey is booked and added to the surveyor's diary.
Callback: the customer asked to be called back at a specific time. AI:den calls them back at the agreed time, so nothing is needed from your team.
Customer to call back: the customer said they'll call the office themselves.
Customer declined survey: the customer turned down the survey.
Wrong person or number: someone other than the lead answered.
Not connected: the call didn't connect, for example no answer, an engaged line, an invalid number, or voicemail. The agent retries.
System error: the call failed due to a technical issue.

What happens if a customer asks to be called back later?
The agent schedules the callback and AI:den calls the customer back at the agreed time. This appears as a scheduled activity assigned to AI:den, so your team doesn't need to do anything.
