Your registered details are the legal company information on your Commusoft account: your company name, address, and registration or tax number. Because these details form part of your agreement with Commusoft, changing them requires you to review and sign a document before the update takes effect.
Updating your registered details
➡️ Click your Profile icon > Billing
The page opens on the Overview tab, where you'll find the Registered details panel.
In the Registered details panel, click Change details.
On the Change of registered details step, review the on-screen guidance, then click Next.
On the Registered details step, update the required information, then click Next.
On the Signature step, review the document shown.
A name or address change shows a Letter of Amendment
Changing your registration number or EIN shows a new contract.
Important: If you change the company registration number or EIN that's already on file, a new contract is generated. Read it in full before signing, as the new contract period starts from the date you sign.

A new contract is created only when you change a registration number or EIN that's already on file. Adding one for the first time, or changing your company name or address, is confirmed with a signed document instead. Your existing licenses carry over unchanged.
