Tap to pay requirements: The device must meet all Commusoft requirements listed in this article, along with the Stripe requirements listed here.
Android tablets may or may not include the required NFC hardware to use tap to pay functionality. Check the device to see if it has NFC hardware.
If Commusoft provides a higher requirement for any specification, the device should meet these requirements.
iPhone/iPad
Apple OS: 17 or above

iPhone: XS / XS Max / XR (2018 Apple device releases)
iPad: 6th Gen / Air 3rd Gen / Mini 5th Gen / Pro 2nd Gen
Tap to pay requirements: The device must be listed as a supported device in this article and have functuional NFC hardware.
iPads are not supported for Tap to Pay as they do not include NFC hardware required for contactless payments.
Stripe powers the Tap to Pay feature; for more details on device compatibility, refer to the Requirements section of their documentation.
Jailbroken devices are not supported.
iPads and Android tablets are treated as mobile devices and can’t access the Commusoft web app in a browser. Please use the mobile app instead.

Error: You need to make your browser window wider in order to use Commusoft.

Browser zoom: If your browser is set to a high level of zoom, reduce it until the error message is removed.

Display scale: If the scale of text and images has been increased, reduce it to remove the error message.
