🔒 2-Factor Authentication (2FA)

I can't remember my password
If you can't remember the password to your Coinmetro account, don't worry. You can recover your password in just a few simple steps.
On the login screen, select "Forgot Password?"
Enter the email address registered to your Coinmetro account
Select "Send Instructions" if you're on the app or "Send Email" on web to receive the password recovery email
Follow the steps in the email to recover your password.
The login button is greyed out
If the Login button appears greyed out, this is usually caused by a browser or device-related issue rather than a problem with your account. Common causes include:
Browser compatibility: An outdated or unsupported browser may prevent the login button from activating. Please ensure you are using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari.
Browser extensions or ad-blockers: Some extensions can interfere with website functionality. We recommend temporarily disabling extensions or trying an incognito/private window.
Cached data or cookies: Corrupted or outdated cache and cookies can cause functionality issues. Clearing your browser cache and cookies often resolves this.

If you are receiving the message "Access to your account has been suspended" when trying to log into your account, and you do not have two Coinmetro accounts, this means that we are unfortunately unable to provide our services to you.
