Manage Customer App Subscriptions

Manage and oversee customer subscriptions to your published apps on the marketplace.

Once your apps or services have been successfully published on the marketplace, you can monitor and manage incoming customer subscriptions directly within the App Subscription section.

πŸ” Accessing App Subscriptions

Navigate to Marketplace Management β†’ App Subscriptions.

From this section, you can:

  • View all customer companies subscribed to your app.

  • Filter by All, Requests, or Active.

  • Search subscriptions by company name.

Click the β†’ icon next to any entry to open the detailed provider view.

Get a complete overview of the subscription lifecycle and setup details.

🧭 Subscription Status Stages

  1. Subscription Initiated – The customer has submitted a subscription request.

  2. Setup Ongoing – The customer and provider are configuring required access details.

  3. Subscription Active – The setup is complete and the customer can now use your app.

  • Subscription Details: App Title, Status, Customer Name, BPN, Contact Info

  • Technical Details: App Tenant URL, App ID (Client ID), Technical User Name & Permissions

  • External Service Details: Trusted Issuer, Participant ID, IATP ID, DID Resolver, Authentication URLs

To automate your app subscription setup, click Register auto-setup URL and provide the necessary endpoint for integration.
